The upflush macerating toilet system can be used when installing a full bath — with a toilet, sink, bathtub, and shower — up to 15 feet below the sewer line or up to 150 feet away from a soil stack.

In addition, the Saniaccess3 is easy to maintain, thanks to two separate service panels on top of the unit. Through one panel, contractors can access the electrical components and level sensor mechanism of the pump. The other panel provides access to the macerating blades for easy removal of large objects accidentally flushed. That means every component can be serviced without disconnecting the entire system.
